Team Members Performance Evaluation Evaluate each person on your team including yourself in the areas of total contribution to the project, time spent on the project, and cooperativeness. Use a scale of 1-10 in each of the 3 areas. A rating of 5 would indicate that the person has done their fair share. A value greater than 5 would indicate that they did more than their fair share and a value less than 5 would indicate that they did less than their fair share. The average for your team in each area should be 5 (when rounded to the nearest integer).
